Eric Roberti’s Helix Aspera Petits Gris and Gros Gris snails are pure farm products. His 600,000 snails are raised to rigorous standards that guarantee the consumer impeccable quality. The Ferme de la Vallée is open to the public regularly. You can find out about the breeding and nursery conditions... and the cooking methods, too! Snails are also on sale in jars, frozen or in biscuit shells. 

Practical details:
  • Length: +/- 1h30 (FR; ES)

  • Visit for groups of min. 8 people and max. 70 people (€ 3) (by appointment only). Possibility of tasting cassolette of snails served with a glass of wine or apple juice (€ 8)

  • Closed on Sundays
